SHIPPING POLICY
I use different couriers, however it will be mainly Parcel Force or DHL that are used.
My postage and packaging charge is £20.00 to the Mainland UK including Northen Ireland. Anywhere else in the world the shipping charge is added at the checkout.
RETURN POLICY

I will refund any damaged goods. In case of POSTAL damage I cover the return postage and refund fully or replace.

If the product does not meet your expectations - I'm happy to refund the product cost fully but the postage is the buyer's responsibility.

I use Paypal, card payment by Stripe or BACS
If you would prefer to pay by BACS you can email an order through directly to Chris - artisandtrays@gmail.com - I will send through an invoice with details of payment.
