Custom made trays are not returnable. Hopefully we will have corresponded enough before the making of a custom tray for this not to become an issue.
In the case of a custom a made tray, I will be in touch by email when the tray is getting near to completion so you have an idea when to expect it. I also try to email when I have posted it.
I use Parcelforce 48.
I can only ship within the UK as postal costs are prohibitive to go beyond
